Positional Arguments

path_row_information

Path to the csv file containing the general information af the crop rows (tile number, tile position, row angle, row number, x1, y1, x2, y2 (start and end point of the row in the tile))

path_points_in_rows

Path to the csv file containing each point in the crop rows and their amount of vegetation (tile number, row number, x, y, vegetation)

Named Arguments

--output_path_connected_crop_rows

Path to the output file, containing which crop rows where connected and from which tilesThis is optional, if not provided, the connected crop rows will not be saved

--output_path_vegetation_points

Path to the output file, containing the points of the vegetation in the crop rowsThis is optional, if not provided, the vegetation points will not be saved

--output_path_healthy_vegetation_segments

Path to the output file, containing the points of the healthy vegetation in the crop rowsThis is optional, if not provided, the healthy vegetation segments will not be saved

--output_path_unhealthy_vegetation_segments

Path to the output file, containing the points of the unhealthy vegetation in the crop rowsThis is optional, if not provided, the unhealthy vegetation segments will not be saved

--angle_tolerance

Angle tolerance for two crop rows to be connected. Measured in degrees.

Default: 10

--distance_tolerance

Distance tolerance for two crop rows to be connected. Measured in meters.

Default: 0.1

--vegetation_threshold

Vegetation threshold for a point to be considered healthy vegetation. Measured in grayscale values from 0 to 255.

Default: 127

--min_unhealthy_vegetation_length

Minimum length tolerance for unhealthy vegetation in the crop rows, to be considered as a segment of unhealthy vegetation. Measured in meters.

Default: 0.1

--max_segment_length

Maximum length of segments to be considered for vegetation classification. Measured in meters.

Default: 5

--max_workers

Set the maximum number of workers. Default to number of cpus.

Default: 4
